Slobby meals: Three weeks of hard work and bad food

These three weeks have been manic with work, so much stress and not enough time to eat let alone cook. Somehow i’ve put weight on? Half a stone, despite the fact i’ve been lucky to eat 3 meals a day, perhaps the snacking and takeouts are to blame.

This is my disastrous diet in snaps:

A breakfast I will definitely be having again

Left over prawn crackers and a luke warm cuppa (only one half of this was good)

Creme eggs, and there is nothing I hate more than creme eggs.

Those muffins were sure as hell delicious.

I wont lie, it’s been a good week. Now to hit the gym and start a health kick (who am I kidding? I’ve never been to the gym in my life!) x
