Ha, no! I’m more off a double poach on an English muffin kinda gal.

As if there hasn’t been enough genius gadgets invented, they go and release poached egg bags, it couldn’t make more sense! There is nothing I love more than something easy to use, quick to make and tasty! On this particular occasion I though why not try 2 eggs in each bag, for a double yolk delight, much to my amazement it worked, so I split an English muffin, thoroughly buttered it, topped each off with a double egg poacher a good whip of Hollandaise and a sprinkling of black pepper. Not the prettiest of dishes, but superb all the same.
I do recommend taking the eggs out of the water 15 seconds earlier otherwise the yolks are overcooked by the time it’s all plated up.
